Nights touch the skies, stars gleam in glory
The plentiful kisses of sunshine, the brook bubbles merrily
The pain of the land's keeper, his heart puffs in pride
The proclamation of the graceful monsoon, the clouds scream in might
Ploughs of ceaseless effort dig the earth, pushing green pastures
Dripping nectar in a honey comb,
Well, those are the willing swarming fetchers
Tearful moans of the tiresome mare, the snuggle of the perky little foal
Scringing bones of a runner's limbs, the shine of his inviting goal
Noises that seem, music they feel
Commotion that crawls, calm you shall see
If this is overwhelm, why should it not come?
Peace it brings,
Why will the mind not welcome?
