Thirst

The Summer's ache

Poking in thirst,

the monsoon's heart, to shake.

This undying need,

wanting solace more than greed

Oh my darling clouds,

just entwine,

Wrap up in dark dusk,

Hide that piercing sunshine,

Soak us in your pleasure,

To know the mirth of

rain beyond measure.

Hope

The light of new

With these

florescent leaves few

Perched on branches,

summer parched

Leaving hope to bind

with every watching eye

that finds.

Fling!

You are no flimsy fling
Have I become an entangled chime?
To not feel your breezy wind
A blink of your eye deafens my cacophony
A drop feels like an ocean
being in the sea
of your love and grace
Where will l want to go
when you are already here?
Looking to be poured into
when am already full of you.

Scar..let

A white pebble rolled

On green moss stained in gold

Grey lines wrinkled brown rocks

Fragile pink panes noisily talked

Blue eyes watered her cherry cheeks

Vermilion hopes looking oblique

Yellow blossoms nudged her bosom

Caressing her scarlet dreams

Her strength soared, a soft scream

Surrender

I saw flawed punctuations on clouds

that wove arty tapestries.

Scribbles of grey pastel strokes on shy skies

simmered the endurance of a summer soaked mountain

Nature's infinite lexicon of wonders

tacitly touched my heart

pregnant with mirth and

whispered "surrender"!

Full moon!

Dusted by your light,

warmed by your coolness,

Your impeccable vast roundedness

scrapes my mind's narrow furrows.

Blissfully swooned

by your mellow flow of mystic white magic,

Woo me more my moon!

To be awake in my sleep,

To sink in your love, deep.

Jai Shree Ram

When folded hands and closed eyes open soul doors
When just an utterance of your name stabs heart sores and lets it soar
Sitting with smiling eyes and glistening smiles, on the floor
Watching your gentle gait and
gaze of love pour into my core
I am no Agastya or Ahalya oh Rama!
Just a lost leaf of a tree
waiting to be lost in you
Oh Purushottama!! 🙏✨
