Madhubani Magic

Colors can capture the reflection of the soul and this beautiful folk art of Bihar is a fantastic illustration of vibrancy.  Following are some of my passionate creations and it has been an immensely gratifying experience that I still search for incorporating the right words to elaborate it.

Impressions of a colourful mind.....

Warli walls

The warli world belongs to the little that bring you much in abundance. Tribal art it is with an ethereal connection that describes joy and humility at its best. One of my expressions is what you see.

Pink Skies

Beaming blue as my eyes see you through
A furry frame slithering in orange sunshine,
Patterned with stars on your daily date nights.
Oh, so how you turn pale into a gloomy grey!
Another pinch and ecstasy you fall on
green blades so gay.
Parched yet are hearts of red, in regress
Know not reason, often petty assumed treason.
Bounty bowing it's graceful head, lightning minds striking gullible souls
My sky, is that why you are blue?
Behold thyself in a calm of pink
For strutting sapiens may for moments stop
Lullabies of love if you resound and crystals of joy if you shower,
Hell of mobbing might may sigh,
Your dainty darlings shall shine in heaven's eyes.
Dreams not these of mine but of all craving kind.
When will you be I to shed off blues
Pink am I, it's  time, together we see what we seek.
